Structure and work principle

The tubular air heater is composed of tube sheet of 10-30mm in thickness and HFU seamless tube, welded steel pipe, cast iron pipe, finned tube and structure frame. According to the differences of boiler capacity, its layout is single grade or double grade and its heating surface is one or two pipe boxes. When its diameter is 40mm, the height of the pipe box should be below 5mm. If the diameter is 51mm, the height should be not over 8mm.
