PCH series of hammer crusher is new crushing equipment which is designed according to the reference data. It has advantages of high production efficiency, energy saving, less noises and powder, especially the brittle materials such as coal, gangue, coke, slag etc. but the compressive strength should not surpass 1000kg/m3 and moisture on surface is not greater than 10%.

Structure and working principle

This kind of equipment is an impact crusher with wreath hammer and sieve tray. The materials should be put into the crusher though the entrance at first, and then crushing with the impact of high-speed rotation of wreath hammer. At the same time, the crushing materials with kinetic energy rush to the crusher plate and drop on the sieve tray. After shearing, extrusion, lapping and the impact between the materials, materials are exhausted through the mesh and into the melt collector.

Note: discharging-material size should be within 3-60mm, and when it is less than 15mm ,the production is 60%of the data in the form. If it is 3mm, the production should be 30% of data in the form.
