Summarize

The heat resistant material scraper conveyor is usually used in conveying the warm sludge and warm ash of coal boiler, air pre-heater, economizer, especially conveying the material from the chemical industry, petroleum and copper smelting equipment without water seal. At the same time, we can offer the equipments according to the requirements of the customer, Lmax=50m, Qmax=10T/H.

 At the bottom, it’s heat-resisting cast iron plate and at the top, it’s flange to seal. It could convey the material of 700°C around. 

Structure

New design, high strength rapid sprocket, chain and scraper chains and tugboat. The conveying system is composed of great circle and smoothing body.

Dynamical system is the top center of gravity and the motor conveys to the decelerator through V wheel, then in order to beat the target, the conveying system should though the roll chain wheel conveying to the drive shaft.
